Quotation Engineer

At Global Tech Srl, we specialize in providing top-tier energy solutions. We are involved in the [sale / installation / maintenance] of generator sets and backup power systems for large-scale industrial, commercial, and residential projects. We are looking for a technical, organized, and detail-oriented colleague to join our team in the role of Quotation Engineer.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Analysis of quotation requests: You will study the specifications, technical drawings, and specifications submitted by clients or designers.
• Equipment sizing: You will correctly select and size the generator sets (generators), ATS panels (Automatic Transfer Switch), and necessary accessories based on power requirements and site configuration.
• Supplier relations: You will request and consolidate price offers from manufacturers and equipment suppliers (domestic and international).
• Preparation of technical-commercial offers: You will prepare clear quotation packages, including technical data sheets, prices, delivery times, and commercial terms.
• Technical support: You will provide support to the sales team and clients in choosing the best technical solution for their project.
• You will visit existing and new clients, whenever necessary within a project.

What are we looking for in you?

• Higher technical education: Graduate of Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or a similar field.
• Experience: Minimum [3-5 years] in a similar quotation or engineering position in the field of electrical/energy equipment (direct experience with generator sets is a major advantage).
• Technical skills: Solid knowledge of electrical networks, single-line diagrams, basic automation, and power sizing (kVA / kW).
• Software competencies: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), AutoCAD (an advantage).
• Foreign languages: English language at an intermediate level at least (necessary for reading technical manuals and communicating with external suppliers).
• Soft skills: Analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Availability for travel within the country - minimum 5-10 days per month.
