Financial Offer Engineer

Full time – Central Office Timișoara

Ideal Candidate:

- technical studies graduate, preferably in construction/installations;
- minimum 2 years of experience in preparing financial offers for public tenders;
- excellent knowledge of PC operation (Word, Excel, Autocad, Microsoft Project);
- knowledge of programming software (InterSoft, WinDoc Deviz);
- knowledge regarding construction technologies, respectively: water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment stations, roads;
- analysis and synthesis capacity;
- communication, negotiation, planning, and teamwork skills;
- developed sense of responsibility, positive thinking;
- active person, result-oriented;
- person with a desire to work, dynamic, organized, serious;

Responsibilities:

- analyzing tender documents and requesting clarifications/completions where necessary;

- preparing financial offers for participating in tenders;

- identifying and requesting quotes from suppliers relevant to the activity field;

- transmitting quote requests to suppliers and analyzing received quotes;

- calculating financial offer with the help of specialized programs or based on a proprietary calculation system, depending on the specifics of each tender;
- realizes execution graphs, price analyses, cash flow;

- extracts quantity lists from plans for preparing offers;

- extracts work quantities based on technical project designs prepared by designers;
- completes forms/documents according to tender instructions;

- prepares and justifies financial responses to clarification requests received from evaluation committees and responds with accuracy;
- follows the public procurement procedure until the moment of awarding;
- for contracted works, tracks disbursement;
