We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Offering Engineer - Eligibility to join our team in the offering department. If you are a proactive person, oriented towards results, and eager to work in a dynamic environment, then this position may be suitable for you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare necessary documentation for participation in public and private procurement procedures (eligibility documents, forms, declarations, certificates etc.);
- Ensure complete and correct loading of documentation into the SICAP platform;
- Verify fulfillment of eligibility conditions and pre-qualification criteria imposed by contracting authorities;
- Prepare and transmit clarification requests to the contracting authority within tender procedures;
- Manage correspondence and relationship with contracting authorities throughout the bidding process;
- Collaborate with the offering team and internal departments involved in obtaining necessary documents;
- Monitor active monitoring of public procurement platforms (SEAP/SICAP) and other relevant portals to identify relevant projects.

Requirements:

- Higher technical studies in construction or installations;
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in the construction or public offering domain;
- PC operating knowledge;
- Attention to detail, initiative spirit, self-organization;
- Analytical and synthetic capacity;
- Knowledge of applicable legislation for public procurement and SICAP/SEAP platforms.
