Estimator and Settlement Engineer

ZEBLEX SRL is hiring – Experienced Estimator and Settlement Engineer (Full-Time, On-site)

Location: Iulius Cezar Street no. 10, Drobeta-Turnu Severin, Mehedinți County

ZEBLEX SRL is expanding its team and is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven Estimator and Settlement Engineer to contribute to the preparation, verification, and optimization of the company's economic and technical documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation of technical-economic offers;
• Development of offers based on received projects and technical documentation, respecting beneficiary requirements and current legislation
• Creation of work estimates using specialized software (Intersoft, eDevize);
• Updating and revising estimates according to changes in projects;
• Preparation of work statements (settlements) and monitoring project progress;
• Requesting and comparing price offers from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Analysis of technical documentation and requesting clarifications when necessary;
• Calculating work quantities and determining the necessary materials and resources;
• Permanent collaboration with the technical team, designers, and beneficiaries.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role;
• Solid knowledge of preparing and verifying estimates for construction and/or installation works;
• Experience in using specialized estimation software;
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings, and quantity lists;
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel;
• Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize activities;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;
• Proactive spirit, solution-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement.
