ENGINEER OFFERING-SETTLEMENT INSTALLATIONS/CONSTRUCTIONS

CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER OFFERING-SETTLEMENT - Faculty of Installations OR Civil Constructions

We are looking for a construction engineer specialized in offering-settlement to join our team with a focus on civil construction.

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in the field of engineering - Technical University of Constructions – Faculty of Installations or Civil Constructions)
• Minimum 3 years of specific professional experience in the field;
• Knowledge of using Softeh estimation software
• Knowledge of using SEAP;
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Project for elaborating the Gantt Chart

Responsibilities:

• • Inventory and download public procurement procedures tailored to the employer's activity portfolio from SEAP;
  • Study the award documentation and formulate requests for clarifications regarding discrepancies and/or deficiencies found within it;
  • Prepare requests for offers from specialized suppliers and establish the optimal techno-economic resources based on which the financial offer is prepared;
  • Prepare the technical offer in accordance with the requirements in the award documentation;
  • Respond to clarification requests from contracting authorities;
  • Prepare work statements, attachments, quantity lists and ensure communication with the involved institutions by promptly responding to any requests;
  • Ensure communication management by coordinating the entire flow of information entering or leaving the allocated project (to the beneficiary, designer, consultants, subcontractors, public authorities, company)
  • Inform the company's management about all issues arising in the relationship with the investor, local authorities, subcontractors, and about any other problems, will make every effort and/or request assistance from the company's management to resolve them.

Previous experience in civil construction and solid knowledge of specific legislation will be an advantage.
