Civil Engineering or Installation Engineer

We are recruiting a Civil Engineering or Installation Engineer for one of our clients, a civil and industrial construction company in Bucharest.️︎︆︈︅︀︋︈︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

Responsibilities:

• Participate in project selection and analyze related documentation (project briefs, technical files, specific requirements of the beneficiary) to prepare a financial proposal;
• Reading and understanding technical documentation and specific drawings for civil engineering projects;
• Verify the correlation between project technical specifications and quantity lists, plans, material extracts etc.
• Verify and determine categories of work and materials from technical documents or drawings;
• Prepare requests for clarification related to projects in study / bidding;
• Collaborate on preparing bids/documentation for tenders;
• Prepare responses to clarification requests received during the evaluation of bids, regarding financial offers; 
• Prepare technical proposals in accordance with the award document, both in terms of content and presentation form;
• Complete necessary forms for participating in tenders according to completion instructions;
• Prioritize documentation for tenders within the requested timeframes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or installation engineering;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bidding for construction or installation projects;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and E-devices or WinDev, while SEAP/SICAP, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD - constitutes an advantage;
• Very good technical knowledge in the field;
• Able to work simultaneously on multiple projects;
• Ability to analyze and synthesize;
• Good communication, planning, and organization skills.
