Construction Bidding Engineer

INOVECO is expanding its team and is looking for a Construction Bidding Engineer for the preparation and development of technical offers within public procurement procedures and construction sector tenders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analysis of tender documentation and technical requirements in tenders;
• Development and drafting of technical proposals according to beneficiary requirements;
• Preparation of the technical documentation necessary for participation in public procurement procedures;
• Coordination of technical information with design, execution, and financial bidding teams;
• Identification of optimal technical solutions and verification of their compliance with the specifications' requirements;
• Participation in clarifications requested by contracting authorities and preparation of technical responses;
• Monitoring submission deadlines and ensuring the completeness of technical documentation;
• Maintenance of an updated database with documents, projects, and relevant information for the bidding process.

Requirements:

• Completed higher technical education in the construction field;
• Experience in preparing technical offers for public tenders;
• Knowledge of public procurement legislation and procedures;
• Analytical and interpretative skills for technical documentation;
• Good MS Office operating skills;
• Attention to detail, rigor, and good organizational skills;
• Ability to work both individually and in a team;
• Communication and technical writing skills.
