Civil Construction Bidding Engineer We are looking for a talented and dedicated Civil Construction Bidding Engineer to join our dynamic team to contribute to the success of our projects, with a focus on participating in public tenders for energy rehabilitations of apartment buildings, schools, kindergartens, and other existing public buildings. Responsibilities: - Active participation in public tenders via SEAP/SICAP, with a focus on energy rehabilitations of apartment buildings, schools, kindergartens, and other existing public buildings. - Development of technical and/or financial proposals for the documentation submitted for tenders. - Development of eligibility documentation for tenders. - Development of execution schedules, cost planning schedules, histograms of materials, labor, equipment, transport, cash-flow, etc., using Microsoft Project software. - Correlation of execution schedules with all budget items, including costs, labor, materials, equipment, and transport. - Responding to requests for clarification from contracting authorities regarding the technical proposal. - Development of all technical execution procedures for energy rehabilitation works and civil construction. - Development of general and analytical budgets for the client (in specialized software: Intersoft, WinDev), based on technical documentation and cost estimates. Requirements: - University degree in civil engineering or a similar technical discipline. - Relevant experience in bidding for civil construction projects and participating in public tenders (SEAP/SICAP), preferably for energy rehabilitations. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and budgeting software (Intersoft, WinDev). - Solid knowledge of legislation and regulations in the construction field. - Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
