Offering Engineer
Job description
SC AXELA CONSTRUCȚII SRL Timisoara, is looking for an Offering Engineer/Decontare with experience in CFDP (roads/bridges/railways) projects, who will participate in the bidding process for public tenders and deconting works. The position is predominantly office-based.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in construction (CFDP or equivalent).
· Experience in bidding for infrastructure projects (roads/bridges/railways).
· Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills; solid experience with Intersoft (devizes)
· Knowledge of public tender flows (SEAP) and specific documentation.
· Understanding of construction technologies, legislation, and regulations;
· Quantitative analysis skills, attention to detail, and document rigor.
· English – constitutes an advantage.
· Category B permit.
