MEP Engineer – Execution Coordinator

About the role:

The role is predominantly technical and execution-oriented, with direct involvement in site work and technical decisions. Project management activity is focused on delivering correct and efficient works. Typically, the role involves managing simultaneously 2-5 sites, mainly residential and outdoor living premium projects. The role is suitable for an engineer who combines technical expertise with solid organizational and coordination skills, capable of managing internal teams and subcontractors, oriented towards quality.

Main Responsibilities

·       Planning and management of sites under execution (multi-site): scheduling, resource allocation, budget tracking

·       Coordinating and supervising technical teams: pools and water features, landscaping, construction, and finishes

·       Organizing, delegating, and coordinating daily site execution

·       Technical coordination & execution

·       Supervising installations, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment for pools

·       Realizing or validating hydraulic and electrical calculations for pool systems, depending on project complexity

·       Identifying optimal technical solutions and coordinating their implementation in site work

·       Ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety, and quality

Costs, Budgets & Subcontractors

·       Preparing necessary materials and equipment for each site

·       Realizing pre-calculations of contracted works

·       Tracking budget allocation and optimizing costs

·       Identifying subcontractors, participating in contract negotiations, and coordinating subcontracted stages

Communication & Support

·       Constant communication of project status to the sales department

·       Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, site managers, and other involved parties

·       Providing post-sales support: technical diagnosis and repair

·       Collaborating with internal teams and specialized suppliers, having technical and operational support at the company level

Studies & Experience

·       Higher education degree – Civil Engineer, Installation Engineer or MEP Engineer

·       Relevant experience in construction, with focus on execution and coordination of site teams

·       Experience in MEP engineering (pools, special installations, similar constructions) and/or project management, ideal minimum 2-3 years, depending on autonomy level

·       Experience in managing multiple sites simultaneously (multi-site)

Techical Competences

·       Solid knowledge of technical drawing and plan interpretation (AutoCAD – advantage)

·       Knowledge of electrical and sanitary installations:

o   pumps and filtration systems

o   dosing systems

o   electric panels and automation for pools (advantage)

The activity will primarily take place on site, with presence at the office for planning, coordination, and administrative activities.

Schedule & Availability

·       Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 17:00, depending on site activity

·       Availability for responding to phone calls outside of schedule in urgent situations (related to execution, safety, or system operation)
