Maintenance Engineer
Job description
Criteria:
Higher education - technical field
Minimum one year experience on a similar post
Techincal knowledge regarding the maintenance of systems, equipment, and building installations
Good organizational and planning skills
Responsibilities:
Control planned maintenance programs/work orders and oversee their execution
Monitor work execution and ensure that all assigned projects are delivered within agreed-upon limits
Perform periodic evaluations of maintenance/works results
Ensure that preventive maintenance is identified, executed, documented, and tracked
Pursue a good relationship with maintenance service providers and material suppliers to ensure the acquisition of suitable materials
Ensure good communication with tenants and other departments within the Group.
