Maintenance Engineer South

Area:south-Bucharest, Ilfov, Craiova, Slatina, Filiasi

We are looking for someone to join our team if:

• you have completed higher education with a technical profile (engineer constructor, installations, energy, mechanics);
• you have experience in executing works of the same profile;
• you know the domain of project management (it represents an advantage);
• you are familiar with the technical maintenance domain of buildings and installations (if you have experience in this domain, it represents an advantage);
• you are a punctual person, organized, and oriented towards finding solutions;
• you have flexibility and availability for travel to the allocated area;
• you know how to operate PC: MS Office, ACAD, etc.;
• you speak English at a medium level, German (advantage);
• you have a driving license category B.

This role will require you to:

• supervise, coordinate, and control maintenance and repair works related to the company's objectives (warehouses) so that they ensure exploitation in good conditions, respectively according to legal requirements.
• prepare tender requests, bids, selection of offers, negotiations, contracting, coordinating contracted companies, supplier contracts, prepare review plans and technical verification plans; maintenance service is realized through externalization;
• coordinate execution projects in modernization-retechnologization processes, based on the annual project plan, from the bidding phase to the execution phase, for example: complete replacement of the air conditioning-heating system, complete replacement of the drainage system, etc.;
• participate in final inspections and final receptions;
• verify the repairs performed and ensure the elimination of deficiencies;
• verify and take over the Construction Book from the Project Manager;
• follow up on guarantees for good execution and outstanding sums to contractors;
• follow up on respect for REWE quality standards;
• verify and solve technical problems reported via the internal ticketing platform;
• maintain the department's database;
• verify/confirm quantitatively, qualitatively, and financially all works executed by service providers.
