Maintenance and Repair Engineer / Team Coordinator

We are hiring a Hotel Maintenance and Repair Engineer / Team Coordinator, who will support the technical management in organizing, planning, and monitoring all maintenance and repair activities (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishes). They will also be the link between field activities and the administrative area, digitizing the workflow through computer use.

Main Responsibilities:

• Team Coordination: Coordinate the daily activities of subordinate technicians (electricians, plumbers, painters) and distribute tasks based on urgency.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Ensure that all hotel equipment (air conditioning systems, boilers, pumps, SPA/kitchen equipment) operates at optimal parameters.
• Computerized Management and Reporting: Enter data into the hotel management system, monitor material stocks, prepare technical reports, and submit purchase requisitions.
• Supplier Relations: Maintain contact with external service companies, request price offers, and verify the quality of work performed.
• Direct Supervision: Actively participate in fixing complex malfunctions alongside the team when necessary.

Our Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Technical studies (mechanical, electrical, or installations profile) and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in building maintenance (hotel experience is a major advantage).
• Mandatory Digital Skills: Intermediate PC operation skills (MS Office – Excel/Word, email usage, internet browsing).
• Licenses/Certifications: ANRE (electrician) or ISCIR certifications are a significant plus.
• Leadership and Organization: Demonstrated team coordination skills, punctuality, and stress resistance.
