Job description
Responsibilities
- Maintenance of buildings
- Carrying out maintenance according to the plan for buildings and utility equipment, and keeping records up-to-date of interventions (compressors, nitrogen generators, water treatment plants, osmosis equipment, cooling towers, generators, roofing systems, heating/cooling equipment etc.)
- Maintenance and updating of records of interventions (planned and service) for logistics equipment (forklifts, electric pallet trucks, cranes etc.)
- Resolving maintenance issues either internally or through contractors
- Processing legal procedures to obtain the necessary permits for buildings
- Maintaining relationships with local authorities
- Maintaining relationships with contractors
- Providing support for installation work if necessary (electric, thermal, water etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in technical studies (civil engineering, electrical engineering)
- Experience: minimum 3 years on a similar position
- Good knowledge of operating PC
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good communication skills
- Oriented towards results, precision and accuracy, good organization
