Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with experience in maintaining and optimizing industrial equipment, able to ensure continuous operation of machinery, reduce downtime and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in maintaining industrial equipment, heavy machinery or production lines (experience in the metalworking / mechanical industry is an advantage).
• Solid knowledge of technical diagnosis, mechanical systems, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems.
• Experience in implementing and monitoring maintenance plans.
• Ability to analyze defect causes (RCA - Root Cause Analysis) and propose technical solutions.
• Competence in reading and interpreting technical schematics and service documentation.
• Coordination and communication skills with intervention teams and production teams.
• Responsibility, technical rigor and results-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CMMS programs is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal and safe operation of equipment and installations in production.
• Coordinate and execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform technical diagnosis and establish optimal solutions for defect repair.
• Collaborate with Production to schedule interventions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment parameters and identify potential risks or worn-out parts.
• Participate in installing, commissioning and validating new equipment.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, intervention reports and equipment history.
• Promote and implement measures to improve equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental norms in all technical activities.
