MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE AND PLANNING ENGINEER

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- higher technical education in mechanical engineering;
- at least 2 years of experience in maintenance activities;
- minimum knowledge of equipment maintenance (technological, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical processing, gas utilities, water, compressed air);

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- management of the planned maintenance system (equipment, parts, and planning)

- monitoring, planning, and history for maintenance works;
- preparation of spare parts stocks;
- plans the annual strategy and draws up the maintenance plan for the production line, together with the Factory and Maintenance Managers, and monitors their implementation;
- ensures orders for spare parts and materials necessary for the equipment, according to repair and procurement procedures;
- organizes, coordinates, and participates in predictive maintenance activities: daily inspections on production lines; anticipates technical problems and proposes preventive solutions;
- prepares and participates in maintenance works and proposes technical solutions;
- contracts works with third-party companies for maintenance works;
- manages the repair of replaced equipment after maintenance sessions;
- establishes training needs and conducts maintenance training;
- develops / updates the technical documentation of the equipment;
- will be part of the commissioning team for the new production line.
