Position Description: MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensures the organization and coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for machinery and technological installations.
  Coordinates and monitors the execution of maintenance and repair plans to ensure the continuity of the production process.
  Fulfills specific RSVTI duties, in accordance with the provisions of ISCIR legislation applicable to the equipment in the company's operation.
  Monitors the technical condition of the machinery and proposes measures to increase reliability and reduce downtime.
  Manages the stock of spare parts and technical consumables, ensuring their availability for maintenance activities.
  Prepares the need for spare parts and monitors their procurement according to maintenance and repair plans.
  Develops and updates the technical documentation related to maintenance and operation activities.
  Participates in the analysis of malfunctions and establishes technical solutions for their correction.
  Participates in the technical acceptance of machinery, installations, and spare parts, verifying their conformity with technical requirements.
  Proposes and implements solutions for modernizing machinery and optimizing maintenance processes.
  Collaborates with equipment and technical service providers for the execution of repair and modernization works.
  Utilizes information management systems (SAP/ERP) for the administration of technical activities and resources.
  Ensures compliance with requirements regarding occupational health and safety, emergency situations, environmental protection, and safe equipment operation.
  Maintains the confidentiality of technical and commercial information to which they have access in the performance of their duties.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education, Bachelor's degree, in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
  Experience in industrial maintenance activities and operation of technological machinery and installations;
  Knowledge of planning and organizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities;
  Knowledge of operation, verification, and maintenance of industrial equipment and installations;
  RSVTI authorization/ISCIR competences, according to the legal requirements applicable to the equipment in the company's operation;
  Knowledge of managing spare parts, consumables, and technical stocks;
  Knowledge of preparing and using technical documentation and machinery technical manuals;
  Proficiency in using information management systems (ERP/SAP) and the Microsoft Office package;
  Technical analysis, organization, and planning capabilities;
  Communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with technical staff and suppliers.
  Knowledge of the English language
