IT Systems Security Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT specialist who will join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and managing the IT infrastructure for security systems. This includes monitoring and maintaining servers, surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and other critical equipment and applications for security.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assembling central PC units
• Configuring software for PC units for use in security systems
• Hardware and software troubleshooting/maintenance
• Configuring SO/applications CCTV/IP/VM (Windows/Linux)
• Configuring/administering LAN/WAN networks used by security systems
• Putting IP-based security systems into operation
• Maintaining and updating security systems to ensure continuous and efficient functioning.
• Diagnostics and resolution of technical problems related to security systems and networks.
• Developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures for protecting data and equipment

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a similar field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing and supporting IT systems used in security systems.
• Solid technical knowledge:
• Server administration (Windows/Linux).
• Network equipment configuration (routers, switches, firewalls).
• IP-based video surveillance systems, access control, alarms, and detectors.
• Security system management and monitoring software.
• Cybersecurity knowledge: Firewalls, encryption, VPNs, intrusion detection systems.
• Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Able to work efficiently in a team and collaborate with multiple departments.
