Operational Installation Engineer

Depisto is a full MEP installation company, involved in complex projects: hospitals, industrial-logistic, public institutions, premium residential and special projects.

Main Responsibilities

1. Coordinating and verifying compliance with tender procedures, as well as adapting offers to the client's requested format, in collaboration with the Commercial Director.

2. Preparing budgets for procurement of materials and labor related to winning projects, including participation in negotiations with suppliers (prices, budgets, delivery terms).

3. Elaborating technical operational documentation (e.g. MAF/FAM - technical sheets, conformity declarations etc.) for winning projects, together with the Project Manager.

4. Ensuring documentary support for construction sites, including archiving and electronic management of project documents (project technical revisions, site instructions, verbal records, etc.).

Requirements

- Technical university studies in the field of installation engineering (installation engineer / energy / electrical / automation or similar fields)

- Technical knowledge in electrical installations (high and low voltage) and/or mechanical installations (HVAC / sanitary)

- Medium-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Knowledge of working with AutoCAD

- Intermediate level English language skills (written and spoken)

- Attention to detail, logical thinking, and analytical spirit

- Responsibility, autonomy in work, and initiative spirit

- Desire for learning and active involvement, ability to find solutions and request support when necessary
