Description of the post: Sanitary Installation Engineer

We are looking for a colleague Sanitary Installation Engineer, passionate about technical solutions and quality implementations, who will join our team in the field of construction, energy, and integrated technical services. The role involves both design and technical verification activities, as well as coordinating the execution of sanitary installations, heating systems, and water and sewage systems within our projects.

Main responsibilities

• Coordinates execution and assembly activities for sanitary installations, heating systems, and ventilation systems related to company projects;
• Ensures compliance with the technical project, norms, and quality standards in execution;
• Collaborates with architecture teams, designers, construction engineers, and beneficiaries for integrating technical solutions;
• SUPERVISES subcontractors' activities and verifies alignment of work with technical and environmental requirements;
• Prepares and follows up on work situations, budgets, reception files, and technical reports;
• Verifies technical documents and provides support in elaborating detailed solutions;
• Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations at the construction site;
• Participates in intermediate and final inspections of installation work;
• Suggests optimization solutions from a technical and economic perspective for designed or executed installations;
• Remains connected to technological and normative developments in the field (ISCIR prescriptions, I7, P118, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Installation Engineering for construction / Civil Engineering / Energy;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in designing or executing sanitary installations (in civil or industrial construction);
• Good knowledge of technical norms and applicable legislation;
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans, schemes, and execution details;
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, preferably Revit / Project / budgets;
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for on-site teams;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, orientation towards quality and results;
• Category B permit – availability for site travel;
• Moderate knowledge of the English language (for technical documents and collaboration with external partners).
