Installation Engineer for Construction

CERINTE:

Absolvent of Technical University of Construction Bucharest - Faculty of Installations, Specialization Installation for Construction;

Experience of at least 5 years in the field;

RESPONSABILITIES:

Respecting the provisions of the work schedule, contract in progress and execution plan;

Coordinating the execution of works according to technical documentation, current regulations and quality plan;

Verifying material lists that will be used and establishing necessary quantities;

Organizing activities on site and at work fronts for optimizing execution;

Managing own personnel in subordination: foremen, technicians, commercial managers, administrators;

Collaborating with specialized designers and subcontractors;

Supervising, guiding and coordinating own workforce, as well as subcontractors;

Delivering works in good condition and quality;

Responsible for managing economic-technical and administrative aspects of the site being conducted;

Responsible during execution for work quality and deadlines;

Responsible for maintaining a good collaboration between subcontractors, site managers, designers and architects;
