• You have project management skills and experience in managing financial, human, and time resources.
• You manage to organize everything so that the team delivers on time and within budget.

• You are aware that the learning process never stops for those who desire performance, and you do not intend to stop either.

• You do not have at least 2 years of experience on construction sites as a project manager.
• You do not have specialized studies.

Job Description

If you have the necessary experience and skills for the role, discover its responsibilities:

• You analyze technical projects and ensure their implementation according to the technical project and industry standards.
• You monitor the performance of teams and subcontractors.
• You participate in site meetings and manage correspondence with involved parties.
• You cooperate with the procurement team for the timely delivery of equipment and materials to the construction site.
• You collaborate with the sales team for the preparation of commercial offers.
• You prepare preliminary measurements for work statements, minutes of proceedings, and documentation for the construction book.
• You are responsible for the organization, verification, and commissioning of installations so that they meet client expectations, the technical project, and current norms and standards.
