HVAC Engineer
Job description
Real estate developer is hiring an HVAC engineer with at least 10 years of experience, good organizer, able to respect and apply company rules.
The office is located on Jandarmeriei Street, Baneasa area, Sector 1.
Criteria:
⁃ Responsible for organizing and ensuring the work fronts for subcontractors in the construction site
⁃ Responsible for organizing and verifying cleanliness in the construction site
⁃ Verifies, organizes, and ensures the work front and necessary materials for employees (max 6 people) of its own company
⁃ At least 10 years of experience in HVAC installations
⁃ Driving license
⁃ Verifies the quality of works
⁃ Verifies work situations
Ensures a monthly income of 8000-9000 RON per month, depending on experience and competencies, only with a work contract, payment by card.
Work schedule:
Mondays to Fridays from 7:30 to 17:30 with an hour-long lunch break
Saturdays - maximum 2 Saturdays per month between 7:30 and 14:30
