Electrical Installations Engineer

Edvari is an electrical installations and automation company, ANRE certified, with its own execution team. We work in the following directions: civil electrical installation works, medium voltage works in EPC (design, procurement, execution) and SCADA and BMS systems.

You lead the entire execution of the company, technically and organizationally. Electrician teams and the technical function report directly to you. You report to the administrator and have authority over the allocation of people, schedules, and project budgets.

You are the company's technical authority on the execution side: solutions, project verification, commissioning. At the same time, you build the way Edvari works: procedures, qualification levels for electricians, training new people, and a team in which people grow.

• Simultaneous management of multiple construction sites from contract handover to reception.
• Allocation of own teams and subcontractors between construction sites; direct coordination of teams.
• Technical execution solutions, verification of received projects, commissioning, and the technical passport of the construction.
• The execution budget of each project: labor and materials consumed versus estimate, reported monthly.
• Daily relationship with beneficiaries and general contractors: schedules, work statements, additional works, receptions.
• Work quality and safety on all construction sites.
• Recruitment and training of the execution team.
• Verification of offers before submission: solution, personnel required, schedule, risks.

• Power or electrical engineer, with a minimum of 5 years in the execution of medium and low voltage electrical works, of which at least 2 years in managing multiple construction sites in parallel.
• ANRE authorization grade IV (or III, with proven experience in medium voltage).
• Projects delivered from contract to reception, on time and within budget.
• The ability to solve, not to explain why it's impossible: the client must feel you as a partner.
• Mastery of contractual mechanisms: schedules, work statements, additional works, penalties.
• Advantage: experience with public beneficiaries, experience in high voltage works.
