Requirements:
- Higher technical education in the field of: electrical installations / electro-energy / electrical engineering / electronics;
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in designing electrical installations (high current and low current);
- Experience in analyzing and verifying projects in all phases: SF (Feasibility Study), DTAC (Technical Design for Construction Authorization), PT (Technical Project), DDE/DE (Execution Project/Engineering Design);
- Ability to identify and propose technical-economic optimizations (value engineering);
- Experience in evaluating and comparing offers from specialized subcontractors;
- Knowledge of specific norms and regulations (I7, PE 107, NTE, energy efficiency, fire safety requirements, etc.);
- Experience working with quantity take-offs and correlating them with technical documentation;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD;
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and synthesis capacity;
- Communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzes electrical installation projects and verifies compliance with norms and client requirements;
- Proposes technical and economic optimization solutions, focusing on efficiency and cost-performance ratio;
- Evaluates and compares subcontractor offers from a technical and financial perspective;
- Verifies and correlates quantity take-offs with execution projects, identifying any discrepancies;
- Develops technical recommendations for distribution systems, lighting, low current, and renewable energy sources;
- Collaborates with other disciplines (architecture, structure, HVAC, plumbing installations) for the integration of electrical solutions.
