Installations Engineer - Buzau

We are looking for a passionate, organized, and solution-oriented Installations Engineer to join our team and contribute to civil and industrial construction projects in Buzau. You will work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, playing a key role in the design, coordination, and monitoring of installations execution.

Responsibilities:

• Plans, monitors, and organizes the site activity of subcontractors, workers, and suppliers of materials and services, for the work sections/execution phases assigned to you in the project;
• Monitors the progress of site activities regularly, organizes periodic meetings with all involved persons/subcontractor representatives, and resolves any issues that arise during execution.
• Is responsible for the rigorous observance of execution technologies, in accordance with the regulations in force, the beneficiary's requirements, and the internal requirements imposed for the respective work;
• Verifies work stages and the quality of works, respecting the established execution order, the stage of works, and adherence to execution deadlines;
• Prepares, proposes, and verifies technical drawings of installations, attachments, work situations, work reports, minutes of meetings, material needs, quantity surveys, and any other technical documentation;
• Prepares technical specifications for equipment;
• Prepares daily work reports and reports the real and correct situation on site, as requested, providing relevant explanations and activity plans;
• Develops action plans for the continuous improvement of actual results and for achieving new targets;
• Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and applying standards and procedures, respecting legal regulations and codes;

Requirements:

• Higher technical studies in the field of building installations;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office;
• Driving license: category B;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, planning and organizational abilities;
• Attention to detail;
• Results-oriented and customer-oriented;
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding environment with tight deadlines;
• Availability to work on various construction sites across the country.
