Installation Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Installation Engineer to join our technical department, offering team. The ideal candidate has a good understanding of construction installations, the ability to interpret technical documents, and solid skills in preparing bids.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in preparing bid documents: technical proposal, financial proposal
• Analyzes technical requirements from tender files, data sheets, plans, and technical memoranda
• Verifies quantity lists
• Respects deadlines for completing bids
• Solicits additional information from the beneficiary, if necessary, to clarify various aspects related to the bid
• Puts in requests for clarifications
• Refines the bid according to adjustments
• Collaborates with all departments to introduce all necessary elements into the bid
• Sends out bids to material and equipment suppliers
• Sends out bids to specialty subcontractors
• Analyzes received bids
• Centralizes and verifies pre-bid information for drafting the bid
• Puts together a draft of the bid, presents it to the head of the bid department

General Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in technical engineering or construction installations
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCad and Excel
• Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience
• Very good technical knowledge in installations: HVAC, sanitary, thermal, electrical
• Experience in preparing bids and estimates
• Able to work concurrently on multiple projects
• Able to analyze and synthesize
• Good communication, planning, and organizational skills
