Industrial Engineer

Job objective:

Developing and introducing manufacturing processes for HARTING products.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and industrializing all production processes necessary within assigned projects, including planning, procurement, and implementation of required production resources;
• Evaluating concept studies and potential projects with direct input in project strategy and local development strategy;
• Creating offers for new products, including duplications and relocations
• Coordinating product modification requests;
• Developing functional follow-up processes of product development, as well as methods and standards necessary;
• Operating automated production cells (cameras, scanners, position sensors, etc.)
• Proactive communication with employees, supervisors, and local and global interfaces, offering support for series production;
• Transferring knowledge in the operational global environment.

Requirements:

• Techinal professional education completed (higher studies);
• Good knowledge of English;
• IT knowledge (e.g., MS Office, SAP);
• Knowledge in project management;
• Minimum 3 years experience in the industrial environment;
• Experience in cable assembly processes.
