Industrial Engineering Engineer

General objective:

• Development and implementation of manufacturing processes for HARTING products

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of all production processes necessary within assigned projects, including planning, procurement, and implementation of production resources necessary;
• Evaluation and optimization of existing processes to increase automation level;
• Coordination of product modification requests;
• Alignment of process documentation to global company standards;
• Proactive communication with employees, supervisors, and local and global interfaces;
• Transfer of knowledge to the operational global environment;
• Monitoring and maintenance of specific performance indicators for the area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions;
• Technical professional education completed (higher education);
• Good knowledge in the field of industrial automation;
• Vast experience in advanced assembly processes for connectors;
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office;
• Good organizational skills;
• Proactive attitude and ability to make independent decisions;
• Fluency in English (written/spoken).
