Description

Main objectives of the position

• Project follow-up
• Project planning and implementation

• Process management

Tasks

• Projects include: transfers, new products, both internal and external (e.g., local subsidiaries)
• Analysis, planning, coordination of discussion workshops, implementation of actions, and follow-up of results
• Ensuring that project phases are carried out as a team - involving P, Q, SCM, Controlling as needed - and that they comply with HARTING standards
• Distribution of tasks according to the nature of the action and making the action list available to project members
• Saving all documents on the server in the appropriate folder
• Identifying opportunities that, after implementation, lead to increased organizational results and turnover (e.g., external, internal transfers, in-house manufacturing opportunities, etc.)
• Planning and analyzing available resources (e.g., work tools - tools, machines and installations, employees, etc.)
• Replacing obsolete work tools and/or implementing new technologies
• Planning and monitoring own resources
• Preparing/verifying manufacturing documentation (work instructions, drawings, etc.)
• Performing and monitoring PPAs (Product and Process Approvals)
• Preparing the layout
• Centralizing data following the verification and acceptance of production means
• Ensuring close collaboration with production formation/group managers and directly with employees
• Preparing work instructions
• Monitoring and implementing product variants

Profile description

Requirements

• Higher technical education
• Experience between 2 and 5 years in a similar position
• Knowledge and fluent use of international foreign languages – English and/or German
• Availability for daily commute to the company's headquarters in Agnita, Sibiu county
• Knowledge and use of the MS Office package and SAP program
• Dynamism, authority, honesty, objectivity, patience, diplomacy
• Ability to work independently, good communication skills
