Industrial Engineering Engineer (Automotive)

Main objectives of the position

• Project tracking
• Project planning and implementation
• Series planning
• Process management

Tasks

• By projects, we understand: transfers, new products, both internal and external (e.g., local subsidiaries)
• Analysis, planning, coordination of discussion workshops, implementation of actions, and monitoring of results
• Ensuring that project stages are completed within the team - if necessary P, Q, SCM, Controlling - and that they meet HARTING standards
• Distribution of tasks according to the nature of the action and making the action list available to project members
• Saving all documents on the server in the corresponding folder
• Identifying opportunities that, after implementation, lead to increased organizational results and turnover (e.g., external and internal transfers, in-house manufacturing opportunities, etc.)
• Planning and analyzing available resources (e.g., work tools - tooling, machinery and equipment, employees, etc.)
• Replacing obsolete work tools and/or implementing new technologies
• Planning and monitoring own resources
• Creating/verifying manufacturing documentation (work instructions, drawings, etc.)
• Performing and monitoring PPAs (Product and Process Approvals)
• Creating the layout
• Centralizing data after verification and acceptance of production equipment
• Ensuring close collaboration with production unit/group managers and directly with employees
• Creating work instructions
• Monitoring and implementing product variants
