About Your Role

As a Senior Hydraulic Engineer within our Technical Department, you will be the expert and driving force behind the design, implementation, and optimization of hydraulic systems for our industrial clients. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional technical solutions – reliable, secure, and efficient – that meet the most demanding requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Design and Technical Solutions:

• Complete design and dimensioning of complex hydraulic systems for various industrial applications.
• Developing hydraulic schemes, technical drawings, and entire execution documentation.
• Selecting strategic components, optimizing for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Closely collaborating with the sales team to develop personalized technical solutions and competitive offers.

Implementation and Maintenance:

• Coordinating activities of assembly and commissioning at client sites.
• Advanced diagnosis of defects and coordinating repairs or reconditioning.
• Actively proposing modernization solutions to increase the performance of existing equipment.

Support and Optimization:

• Analyzing system performance in operation and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Providing specialized technical support to clients and partners.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a professional with a solid technical foundation and analytical thinking, able to transform challenges into solutions.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation).
• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in designing, diagnosing, or maintaining industrial hydraulic systems.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of hydraulic components (pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, etc.).
• Able to interpret and create complex hydraulic schemes.
• Experience in using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, EPLAN Fluid).
• Knowledge of automation and electrical systems is a significant advantage.
