Hardware Test Engineering Documentation Technical Support

Responsibilities:

• Understand the operating principles of the products in the portfolio (especially UPS, Solar Inverters, and PC Power Supplies)
• Stay up-to-date with the technology used in the company's products assigned to them
• Prepare technical documentation (user manuals, service manuals, work procedures, etc.) related to products under development
• Propose solutions for improving the performance and reliability of the company's products
• Receive, test, and repair defective products or unusual issues reported by partners to identify potential opportunities for product improvement
• Perform functionality tests for various products (single-phase and three-phase circuits) using the available laboratory equipment
• Actively participate in any company activity that requires their technical knowledge
• Focus on the continuous improvement of laboratory equipment and propose solutions for optimizing testing and repair processes
• Collaborate with suppliers in various product development stages
• Maintain contact with field service units to provide technical support where necessary
• Provide support to other departments for technical matters and to partners in the pre- and post-sale process
• Conduct various studies and identify opportunities
• Create reports for internal or external use
• Conduct training sessions for the installation and maintenance of nJoy equipment at the company's headquarters or at partners' locations

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support (preferably with studies in Automation and Computers, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electrical Power Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields)
• Ability to analyze the cause of defects together with clients and the technical team
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally
• Knowledge of relevant technical laboratory equipment
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Structured and well-organized
• Attention to detail
