Hardware-Test Engineer-Documentation-Support Technician

Responsibilities:

• Understand the principles of operation of products in portfolio (especially UPS, solar inverters and PC power sources)
• Stay up-to-date with technology used in company products allocated to you
• Prepare technical documentation (user manuals, service manuals, work procedures etc.) for products under development
• Suggest solutions to improve product performance and reliability
• Take, test, and repair defective or unusual products received from partners to identify potential opportunities to improve products
• Perform functional testing for different products (single-phase and three-phase circuits) using laboratory equipment available
• Participate actively in any action within the company that requires technical knowledge you possess
• Care about continuous improvement of laboratory equipment and propose solutions for process optimization
• Collaborate with suppliers at different stages of product development
• Maintain contact with service units in the territory to provide technical support where needed
• Offer support to other departments for technical matters and partners during pre- and post-sales processes
• Perform various studies and identify opportunities
• Realize reports intended for internal or external use
• Conduct training sessions to install and maintain nJoy equipment at the company's headquarters or partners' locations

Requirements:

• Experience in technical support (preferably studies conducted in the field of Automation and Computers, Electronics, Electrotechnics, Electroenergy, Telecommunications or related fields)
• Ability to communicate efficiently in English both in writing and verbally
• Knowledge of relevant laboratory equipment
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Structured and well-organized
• Attention to detail
