Senior Electrical Installation Engineer (Site Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate execution work;
• Monitor job graphs;
• Verify the status of jobs and their quality;
• Adequate measures to ensure job quality;
• Plan and ensure personnel needs;
• Ensure material and equipment needs and manage their flow in the site;
• Identify risks and implement prevention and control measures;
• Responsible for job realization and results, within established conditions and deadlines;
• Participate in putting installations into operation;
• Participate in diagnosing the causes of failures or poor installation functioning;
• Ensure compliance with SSM rules of the Group.
• Supervise subcontractor activity;
• Participate in site meetings, audits, and visits;
• Participate in negotiations/discussions with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Prepare activity reports that are transmitted to the hierarchical superior;
• Prepare job situations, process verbal receipts, addresses, and notifications in relation to clients, suppliers, and subcontractors;
• Preliminary document preparation for the project, according to terms agreed with clients;
• Represent the Company's interface in relation to clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other entities;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field;
• Communication and teamwork skills;
• Focused on results and oriented towards clients and people;
• Vision and anticipation;
• Analytical and synthesis capacity;
• Flexibility;
• Category B driving license;
• Middle to advanced level English language skills;
• PC operation (Microsoft Office);
