The purpose of the role is to perform technical-economic analyzes of documents subject to approval for solution studies connecting users with impact on medium and high-voltage networks.

We create your context to develop, being responsible for:

• analyzing user connection requests (excluding developers) in medium and high voltage, proposing the responsible hierarchical and transmitting the Units of Design and Client Management modalities for processing technical approval documents (solution study/file);

• analyzing user connection requests in medium and high voltage, loading system information offers for elaborating solution studies;

• preparing and loading system information reports on acquisition, service contracts for design studies, additional acts for service contracts for design studies;

• loading system information orders for service contracts for design studies, preparing and collecting energy data and transmitting it to external service providers for design studies;

• analyzing project documents, transmitting observations, scheduling approval meetings, representing the department in CTE meetings according to established competencies through internal decisions;

• issuing, verifying, and signing technical approvals in accordance with established competencies through internal decisions and loading technical approvals and design study documents into the system;

• signing process verbal delivery-receipt of documents and loading documents and data for payment processing;

• developing annual workload forecasts together with O&M for transmitting to CNTEE Transelectrica and medium-term and long-term forecasts and periodic OTS studies reports for realizing the RET development plan;

• managing technical and contractual relationships with other network operators or transporters for developing interconnections and approving solution studies in neighboring operator installations, where works are generated and for projects generated by Operator's necessity;

• developing task lists for acquiring design study services for connecting to high and medium voltage.

We want you to join our team:

• studies in the field of electroenergetics, energy;

• knowledge of legislation and regulations applicable in the energy sector;

• knowledge of ANRE specific regulations and current legislation

• basic knowledge of Microsoft Office;

• minimum 3 years experience in the energy sector;

• ability to analyze, synthesize, and solve problems;

• efficient communication skills and presentation;

• orientation towards continuous improvement and initiative;

• attention to details and rigor in respecting procedures;

• ability to work in a team and interdepartmental collaboration.
