The purpose of this role is to bring essential contributions to the proper functioning of the energy system, using the latest technologies in the field and ensuring access to energy for each home, school, hospital, or business.

We create your context to develop, being responsible for:

• Ensuring the operational control of high-voltage and medium-tension installations (IT and MT) for which you are authorized, being invested with decision-making authority, coordination, competence, direct command, and execution of maneuvers, in order to maintain continuity and quality service delivery at regulated parameters;
• Dispatching operational teams UIT Banat in the field to perform inspections and maneuvers on the network;
• Performing monitoring activities for networks under your authority, as well as executing and recording work performed on the network;
• Remediating failures and managing outages in energy supply to consumers by registering and tracking these events;
• Exercising decision-making authority over equipment assigned through investment orders for installations, in the network area for which you are authorized;
• Exercising coordination command over installations and equipment assigned through investment orders, in your area of responsibility;
• Exercising technical competence over equipment specified in investment orders;
• Exercising direct command over equipment specified in the investment order;
• Fulfilling intermediate role responsibilities at the request of the superior dispatcher;
• Conducting withdrawal, commissioning, and testing operations on equipment and installations under your decision-making authority, competence, coordination, and respect for regulations in force.

• Higher education degree in energy/electrotechnics;
• Good theoretical knowledge specific to the energy field;
• Excellent digital skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, specific software for managing activity in electricity distribution);
• In-depth knowledge of regulations specific to operating high-voltage and medium-tension networks.
• Competence in monitoring, analyzing, and managing signals from telecontrolled equipment;
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of electricity distribution/transportation constitutes an advantage;
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule;
• Distributive attention;
• Decision-making responsibility;
• Spirit of discernment in critical situations;
• Rapid adaptability to new situations.
