Job description

- Introduction of articles in the WINDEV program special
- Requesting bids from suppliers of materials and equipment.
- Establishing suppliers of materials and equipment for preparing offers.
- Realizing a comparative analysis of received bids from suppliers.
- Drafting the offer after existing measurements, general investment, per object, extracted measurements: lists of materials, labor, machinery, transportation for executing works.
- Preparing additional acts, decontari, NCS-ur, NR-ur
- Preparing the technical-economic offer and qualifying in accordance with the requirements of the documentation for participating in public tenders.
- Studying the documentation (instructions, data sheets, plans, technical memoranda), and the entire documentation for tenders including eligibility.
- Establishing a strategy for preparing the presentation offer, taking into account the requirements.
- Following up on projects.
- Transmitting clarifications for the pre-offer.
- Requesting clarifications (if necessary).
- Knowledge of current legislation.
- Preparing execution graphs.
- Preparing Technical Proposals, Quality Plan or other necessary documents for the offer file.
- Preparing documentation related to the Construction Book (in collaboration with other departments, including work process verbal records)
