Job description
You will be responsible:
- Preparing currency quotes based on technical projects, quantity lists, and execution documentation;
- Developing technical-economic offers together with the Tender Engineer;
- Verifying and correlating quantities of executed work;
- Preparing work situation reports for billing to beneficiaries;
- Collaborating with execution departments, procurement, and finance to prepare necessary documentation for billing;
- Preparing justificatory documents for work situations and participating in meetings with beneficiaries, etc.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has very good knowledge of the DocLib program;
- Holds a higher education degree in a technical field;
- Has at least 3 years of work experience in currency quotes;
- Advanced knowledge in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet navigation.
