Construction Department Engineer

Requirements:

• University studies in construction or equivalent experience in the field;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks;
• Advanced knowledge of using estimation software, knowledge of construction-assembly work execution technologies;
• Experience in managing budgets and deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

• Studying the specifications in order to understand the requirements that the works must meet and to detect any omissions, errors, or inconsistencies;
• Monitoring how the execution is carried out and ensuring it stays within the established limits;
• Monitoring and proposing optimization measures in the execution of concluded contracts;
• Conducting correspondence with the client, subcontractors, and suppliers;
• Preparing notifications to contracting parties, authorities/client when detecting elements that may produce major negative effects in the execution of contracts;
• Preparing work statements;
• Providing technical consultancy regarding the use of materials and their implementation;
• Promotes technical solutions in accordance with company standards and policies;
