Software System Engineer

Minimum experience as Senior Data Engineer, with experience working in a cloud environment (Azure)

Develop and maintain a data platform in Databricks designed to provide information about automation compliance and developer experience metrics

Competence in using ETL solutions

Experience with DBT, Python, SQL, Terraform

Proactive, with a compliance/audit mindset

Integrate new data sources (test automation results, implementations, vulnerabilities)

Have a good understanding of data engineering, data storage, and software development

Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and business acumen

Work in a team and ability to operate within a large organization: involve others, share knowledge, and seek work opportunities and interfunctional collaboration

Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, verbal and written, and the ability to translate complex aspects into simple concepts

Experience with global organizations and working with IT offshore organizations based in India

Flexible and proactive work attitude

Build and maintain our Cloud products, technical platforms or tasks with cutting-edge technology

Use Python and Terraform to automate database-related tasks

Manage and optimize performance, security, and availability of the database

Create and maintain technical documentation related to database systems

Deliver projects in an agile manner using CI/CD capabilities and Azure DevOps
