Production Engineer, Șimleu Silvaniei (RELOCATION)

Lineo Production is a specialized manufacturer in sheet metal processing, based in Șimleu Silvaniei. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Production Engineer to take responsibility for manufacturing processes and actively contribute to increasing production efficiency and quality.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinates and optimizes production processes for sheet metal components
• Actively participates in the industrialization of new products, from the project stage to series production
• Monitors and improves the quality parameters of manufacturing processes
• Identifies and implements technical solutions for eliminating non-conformities and production losses
• Collaborates with the Mechanical, Industrialization, and Quality departments for efficient integration of production flows
• Develops and updates technical process documentation (work instructions, technological sheets, standards)
• Supports the production team in solving daily technical problems

Requirements

• Higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Building Technology, or related fields
• Practical experience in sheet metal production (cutting, bending, welding, assembly)
• Solid knowledge in Industrialization and Quality Management
• Ability to take responsibility for coordinated projects and processes
• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented approach, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of English (intermediate-advanced level, an advantage)
