Building Process Engineer - Cluj

Your mission:

You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing technical processes and equipment within a Class A office building. Your role is to prevent incidents and ensure a safe and efficient working environment for tenants.

Main responsibilities:

Monitoring & Control: Supervise the operation of critical equipment (boiler rooms, chillers, air treatment central units, electrical panels, pumping systems).

Energetic Optimization: Analyze utility consumption and propose solutions for energy efficiency (reducing losses, optimizing operating programs through BMS).

Maintenance: Coordinate technical teams for periodic revisions and intervene in diagnosing complex defects.

Documentation: Keep records of operation, maintenance plans, and technical reports up-to-date.

Supplier relations: Supervise subcontractor interventions and receive completed work.

Requirements:

Higher technical studies: Graduate of Energetics, Electromechanics, Process Engineering or related fields.

Tech knowledge: Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and automation system schemes (BMS).

Experience: Prior experience in Facility Management or industrial maintenance is an advantage.

Skills: Analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.

Languages: Knowledge of English for technical documentation.
