BUILDING INSTALLATION ENGINEER

Certifications and experiences:

• Completed higher education in specialization - CIVIL ENGINEERING, HYDRAULIC ENGINEERING, INSTALLATIONS; 
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a utility construction engineer in coordinating the execution of water-sewer networks, wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants; 
• Solid PC operating skills: AUTOCAD, and MS PROJECT is an advantage, MS Office; 
• Ability to work on projects while respecting their imposed deadlines; 
• Analysis and planning skills; 
• Very good communication, relationship, and negotiation skills with contract partners; 
• Quick decision-making ability;
• Very good teamwork and individual work skills;
• Self-motivated, loyal, well-organized, detail-oriented person; 
• Availability for travel in the territory for the purpose of executing contracted works;
• Category B driver's license.

Job Description

• Coordinates the execution of construction works within the construction site, ensuring at all times the following requirements:
• Preparation of material resource needs for works according to their scheduling graphs;
• Creation of procedures and work processes for the execution of works in accordance with the technical-economic documentation and current normative acts and verification of their correct implementation; 
• Allocation of labor, transport means, and machinery to works, according to the general execution schedule;
• Proposes to the company's management work schedules for each work point under their supervision; 
• Verifies the proper training of subordinates regarding health and safety at work instructions, emergency situations, technologies, processes, and procedures, as well as their observance; 
• Approves and orders the execution of site instructions, project modifications, or specifications; 
• Prepares all necessary quality documents, ensures sample collection by laboratories, interprets sample results, verifies materials and assemblies both upon arrival at the site and during installation, physically and in terms of accompanying documents;
• Assists, as needed, the Bidding-Production-Settlement department in supporting work statements to the beneficiary's representatives;
• Preparation of documents necessary for the reception of works;
• Ensures collaboration with the Beneficiary and the Work Consultant;
• Preparation of specific necessary documentation (e.g., site notes, minutes of proceedings, work statements);
• Efficient use of provided resources;
• Direct responsibility for the quality of execution;
• Transmits to the manager any non-conformities identified during execution.
