Job description
Ideal Candidate
- Higher education in construction;
- Prior experience in cost control, estimates, planning;
- Solid knowledge in reading technical plans and understanding execution processes;
- Advanced skills in working with Excel;
- Knowledge of WinDev – constitutes an advantage;
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex data;
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Monitors costs throughout project execution and compares expenses with approved budgets permanently.
- Develops cost estimates based on construction plans and project specifications.
- Analyzes deviations from budget, identifies causes, and proposes corrective measures to optimize costs.
- Prepares periodic financial reports, synthesizing budget situations, cost evolution, and forecasts for future stages.
- Collaborates closely with project managers, technical teams, and the finance department to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Contributes to optimizing internal processes for cost control and implementing best practices in the field.
