• Responsibilities:
  Monitors the execution of works on the construction site in terms of quantity, quality, and adherence to execution deadlines;
  Manages and organizes the works, respectively all teams involved in carrying out activities on the construction site;
  Reviews the execution plan and proposes constructive solutions for resolving non-conformities;
  Studies technical documentation and execution details for construction works;
  Prepares and verifies attachments of work statements, reports, technical books, etc.;
  Liaises with all parties involved in the execution of construction works: site supervisor, client, control institutions, etc.;
• Requirements:
  Higher technical education (Faculty of Construction);
• Experience in the field is an advantage; Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office operation;
  Availability for relocation depending on the projects contracted by the company;
  Capacity for analysis and problem-solving, planning and organizational skills;
• Attention to detail;
  Travel to construction sites in the Oltenia and Muntenia regions
  Subcontractor management
  Driver's license category "B"
