CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

• Development of structural and architectural projects for small-scale industrial constructions (standard projects)
• Creation of technical documentation and plans;
• Performing structural calculations and verifications;
• Dimensioning of reinforced concrete, metal, and/or masonry structural elements;
• Use of specific calculation and design software;
• Collaboration with installation engineers and other specialists involved in the project;
• Compliance with current technical regulations, standards, and legislation.
• Planning, supervising, and organizing the site activities of subcontractors, workers, suppliers of materials and services, by work categories / execution phases
• Regularly monitoring the progress of construction activities on site, organizing periodic meetings with all involved parties and resolving any issues that arise during execution;
• Responsibility for compliance with execution technologies, according to current regulations, client requirements, and internal requirements imposed for the respective work;
• Suggesting strategies for activity optimization, proposing new solutions;
• Preparing daily work reports and reporting the actual and correct situation on site, as requested, providing relevant explanations and activity plans;
• Developing action plans for continuous improvement of actual results and for achieving new targets;
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and applying standards and procedures, respecting regulations and legal codes;

Requirements:

• Completed higher education in the field of Constructions / Civil Engineering;
• Experience in structural design is an advantage;
• Knowledge of calculation and design software: AutoCAD,
• Knowledge of design regulations and standards;
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility;
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
