CONSTRUCTOR ENGINEER (preferably authorized RTE)

Job description:

We are looking for a colleague Constructor Engineer (preferably authorized RTE) to join our dynamic team, active in the field of construction, infrastructure, and modern energy. The role involves technical coordination of execution works, quality monitoring, respecting deadlines, and ensuring conformity with technical projects, legislation, and current regulations.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinates and verifies the execution activities on site, ensuring compliance with the technical project, quality standards, and safety and health at work;
• Monitors the progress of works, intermediate and final deadlines, reporting periodically to the project manager;
• Collaborates with designers, subcontractors, and suppliers for clarifying technical solutions and execution details;
• Prepares and verifies technical documents and daily site reports;
• Ensures document traceability and collaboration with economic and technical departments for managing work situations, payment certificates, and budgets;
• Verifies and certifies (as RTE, if applicable) the executed works, respecting materials and procedures provided in the project;
• Participates in intermediate and final site receptions;
• Maintains respect for construction regulations, technical legislation, and updates in the field;
• Contributes to improving execution processes and proposes efficient technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Higher education degree – Civil Engineering / Construction Industry (Faculty of Civil Engineering, Industrial and Agricultural or equivalent);
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executing and coordinating construction works (civil, industrial, or infrastructure);
• Autorization RTE (Responsible Technician with Execution) – constitutes a major advantage;
• Solid knowledge of legislation and technical norms applicable to construction (Law 10/1995, HG 273/1994, technical execution norms);
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical plans, budgets, and execution documents;
• Abilities in using MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD programs;
• Capacity to work in a team, rigor, attention to details, and assuming responsibility;
• Excellent communication and organization skills;
• Driving license category B;
• Moderate level of English language knowledge (advantageous to know technical terminology).
