Constructor Engineer - Civil Construction

Construction Site Location: Cluj, Sibiu, Târgu Mureș, Alba Iulia

Ideal Candidate:

• Higher education degree – Faculty of Construction, CCIA profile
• Relevant experience in the field of civil construction
• Availability for travel
• Solid knowledge of building regulations and standards
• Techincal knowledge in the field
• PC operation – MS Office package
• Knowledge of a design program (AutoCAD / ArchiCAD) is an advantage
• Moderate level of English language proficiency is an advantage
• Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Category B driving license

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction projects from start to finish
• Supervising activities on the construction site and coordinating worker and subcontractor teams
• Respecting project details, execution standards, and company quality standards
• Ensuring compliance with technical norms, safety regulations, and specific construction technologies
• Preparing necessary materials, personnel, and equipment according to the execution schedule
• Scheduling and monitoring project progress
• Maintaining a record of project progress and reporting to company management
• Identifying and solving technical problems that arise on site
• Collaborating with all departments involved in the project
