Construction Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities

- Coordination of own teams' activities and supervision of subcontractors' activities; 
- Monitoring of execution, in terms of quantities, conformity with the project, quality, and adherence to deadlines;

- Establishment of resource needs (materials, equipment, personnel) based on the execution plan;

- Involvement in identifying technical solutions for problem resolution;
- Coordination of site supply operations with materials and tools;
- Reception of documents arriving on site and preparation of minutes regarding work execution stages;
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and beneficiaries;
- Maintaining site records, performing analyses;
- Participation in company meetings concerning site activities;

- Constant reporting of site events;
- Providing assistance for the preparation of work reports/attachments, documentation for the technical book of the construction.

- Application of legislation, procedures, and specific technical work instructions in the construction field;
- Maintaining communication with the beneficiary and subcontractors;

- Management of the execution schedule and activity progress
- Participation in all determinant phases carried out on site.

Ideal Candidate
- Graduate of a construction engineering faculty;
- Previous experience in construction work execution (advantageous);
- Knowledge of work execution technology;
- Software knowledge required: MS Office, CAD, Outlook, Windev (or other cost estimation software);
- Good organizer and coordinator, capable of motivating the subordinate team;
- Excellent technical and communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- High resistance to stress;
- Dynamic, goal-oriented.
